As a Senior Estimator at APC Construction, LLC’s Building Construction Division, Ben’s role involves managing projects through the preconstruction process, whether they are hard bid, design build, construction manager at risk, or negotiated. Ben has been estimating construction costs in the commercial world for over 22 years and has experience bidding and securing a wide variety of projects ranging from historical school renovations, high-rise hotels, hospitals, churches, office buildings, renovations within the Pentagon, and many others. The expertise and capabilities that Ben has built over his career has helped turn many client’s concepts into reality. His attention-to-detail, clarity, and communication are a priority on every project. Ben has always strived to understand the client’s needs and provide the most value for what the budget allows.
