Colin Troxler
As a Project Manager within APC Construction, LLC’s Building Construction Division, Colin Troxler is responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful execution of both federal and private-sector projects throughout the Gulf Coast region. He brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with client expectations.
Colin is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he earned a degree in Business Administration and competed as a student-athlete on the university’s golf team. His experience as a collegiate athlete helped develop the focus, discipline, and competitive drive that continue to define his professional career.
Since joining APC Construction in 2020 as an Assistant Project Manager, Colin has rapidly advanced into a leadership role, managing complex projects from design through completion with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and client satisfaction. His ability to lead projects from inception through final delivery resulted in his promotion to Project Manager in 2023.
Colin has managed several high-profile projects, including the Building 534 Renovation Project for the U.S. Space Force—a two-story facility renovation featuring the construction of a new stair tower for fire egress, interior upgrades to meet NFPA 101 Life Safety Code requirements, and full replacement of windows and doors with laminated glass systems meeting Department of Defense Anti-Terrorism (DoD AT) standards. He also served as Project Manager for the Package 14A Project for NAVFAC, a design-build effort at NAS Pensacola that included extensive sanitary sewer system rehabilitation and the design and construction of a new water treatment plant at IWTC Corry Station.
Colin’s combination of leadership, technical acumen, and competitive mindset make him a key contributor to APC Construction’s continued success and a trusted partner to clients and project teams alike.
