As the Operations Manager of APC Construction, LLC’s Heavy Construction Division, Joel is responsible for overseeing all phases of a construction project timeline. Joel performs a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed. Furthermore, Joel manages financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain productive relationships with clients.
Joel also handles all correspondence between contractors and subcontractors, establishes project objectives, schedules, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy. Joel’s 17 years in the Heavy Civil and Deep Foundation’s Industry, combined with his leadership and his extensive industry knowledge, bring great value to APC and our clients.
