As a Senior Estimator with APC Construction, LLC’s Building Construction Division, Lester is responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications to ensure that all cost factors of construction projects have been accounted for. With 15+ years of experience working on various construction projects, he has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in understanding all aspects of the construction process, from conceptual design to project completion. In addition to his technical skills, he also possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow him to work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. He values a teaming approach across all disciplines within a given project and believes that transparency and open communication are the only ways to build a successful project.
