Steve brings over 28 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, beginning his career with Cameron International, which later merged with Schlumberger. He held a variety of roles throughout his tenure, starting in plant operations in Berwick, Louisiana, and later transitioning into project management, which led him and his family to Houston, Texas.

After five years in project management, Steve pursued his passion for customer engagement, where he has spent the past 13 years excelling in client-facing roles. He is driven by the challenge of identifying new business opportunities and is deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Steve is known for his strength in relationship building and his consistent focus on ensuring both internal and external stakeholders feel valued and heard.
