Will’s leadership journey began in 2005 at the Naval Hospital in Lemoore, California. Seeking new challenges, he transitioned to the Seabees, where he served in Naval Mobile Construction Battalions 11 and 25 from 2006 to 2014. During his time with the Seabees, Will’s remarkable leadership abilities shone through as he successfully led and motivated his team, ensuring the completion of critical infrastructure projects and humanitarian missions with unwavering commitment and excellence.
Today, Will serves as Senior Project Manager for the Industrial Services Division of APC Construction, LLC. As Senior PM, he is responsible for total management at the project level, to include communication and tracking of project scope, construction cost and tracking, schedules, and client development and management. Additionally, with our safety culture at the forefront, Will also strives to ensure that APC’s corporate environment is brimming with quality, diversity, and inclusion, treating all employees and clients with the utmost respect. The 20+ years of construction and leadership experience that Will brings is invaluable to APC and our clients.
