Brady Floyd is a Project Manager for the Heavy Construction Division at APC Construction. His career spans 25 years in the construction industry. Following graduation from LSU with a degree in construction management, Brady has spent much of his career in the petro-chemical field with experience in deep foundations and concrete installation, fabrication and placement of structural steel, fabrication and installation of mechanical piping and equipment. Brady has planned, executed, and managed numerous projects from a simple equipment change-out to a complex, refinery outage that involved multiple contractors working in sync with the owner of the facility.
Beyond managing projects, Brady’s experience includes estimating, contract negotiations, and preparation/implementation of project schedules. In his time spent in the industrial field, Brady has adopted the culture that safety is paramount in every task performed and understands that for a company and its people to be successful, safety must be at the forefront of every action taken.
