As the Operations Manager of the Power Division at APC Construction, LLC, David is responsible for the oversight and management of the Substation, Directional Drilling, and Underground Distribution departments. David’s 20-plus years in the electrical field give him a robust insight and understanding of the field from entry-level to now management aspects on a day-to-day basis.
David manages overall planning and implementation of Division projects, and he provides appropriate staff, resources, and direction required to fulfill business development and financial, estimating, and operational goals. David’s vast knowledge of general construction, electrical, welding/fabrication, safety, emergency restoration, QA & QC, and overall quality of work in all these areas makes him a tremendous asset to APC and to our clients.
