As a seasoned Project Manager for the Building Construction Division, Melissa is responsible for providing direction, supervision, and coordination of construction activities on each construction project site. Melissa successfully manages multiple projects simultaneously, completes them on time within project and construction budgets. Her expertise extends to handling both design-build and design bid-build projects, ensuring their timely completion in accordance with contracted specifications.
Her thorough and tactical level of detail allows her to determine, monitor and manage financial project metrics, schedule, and staffing requirements for each project. Melissa’s ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results, as well as her strong problem-solving and analytical skills, makes her a respective asset to the APC team.
