In his role of Power Services Business Development Manager, Michael Vavasseur’s primary responsibility is customer satisfaction. The single greatest predictor of customer satisfaction is the consistent delivery of quality products or services. Michael’s professional experience spans 40+ years including 25 years with Entergy in Power Generation (Fossil & Nuclear), Distribution, and Transmission business units. Plus, another 17+ years with EDG, Inc. working Oil & Gas domestic and international projects and then managing project teams for Electric Utility Transmission and Substation Capital Projects across the Entergy system.
This unique experience of being both the customer and the contractor has positioned Michael to appreciate our customers’ requirements and to understand the importance of providing outstanding customer service.
