Nicholas Gallo is a General Superintendent for APC Construction, LLC’s Heavy Construction Division. He is responsible for the complete field oversight of construction projects by managing, scheduling, coordinating, directing, and evaluating project activities. Nicholas manages quality construction standards and the use of proper construction procedures to ensure the highest level of quality. He plans, prepares, and manages project construction schedules while communicating project goals to team members and field staff.
In addition, Nicholas is also responsible for enforcing OSHA’s and APC’s rigorous safety programs to guarantee that our employees’ safety comes first. He utilizes his 18 years of experience in the Heavy Civil industry when trouble-shooting unexpected challenges, while aiming to deliver a final product that aligns with the blueprints and specifications.
Nicholas creates and maintains working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to effectively solve problems and create cost-effective solutions. He holds all field employees to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety, while ensuring work is completed on-time and within budget which assists in the growth of APC’s world-class culture.
